By accessing and using Riviera ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Riviera is a decentralized gaming platform built on blockchain technology. We provide provably fair casino games including but not limited to dice games, crash games, and other casino-style entertainment.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of your jurisdiction.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code

5. Provably Fair Gaming

All games on Riviera are provably fair. This means that the randomness of each game outcome can be verified by players using cryptographic methods. We use Pyth Network for verifiable randomness to ensure transparency and fairness.

6. No KYC Policy

Riviera operates without Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. Users can play anonymously without providing personal identification information. However, this means we cannot assist with account recovery if you lose access to your wallet.

7. Self-Custody

You maintain full control of your funds at all times. We do not hold your cryptocurrency or have access to your private keys. All transactions are conducted directly through smart contracts on the blockchain.

8. Third-Party Sports Betting (Azuro)

Sports betting services on Riviera are provided through Azuro Protocol, a third-party decentralized sports betting protocol. Riviera acts solely as an affiliate partner and interface to Azuro's services. We are not responsible for:

• The outcomes or results of any sports betting events
• The accuracy of odds or betting markets provided by Azuro
• Any disputes related to sports betting outcomes
• The operation, availability, or performance of the Azuro Protocol
• Any losses incurred through sports betting activities

All sports betting transactions are processed directly through Azuro's smart contracts. For questions or concerns related to sports betting, please refer to Azuro's terms and conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Riviera, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Riviera operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
